Franciscan Estate 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon - Napa. Dusty dry red berries & leather on its own. Pair with pasta with meat sauce, and the cherries and mocha take center stage while the finish gains pepper notes. At 13.5% ABV it's restrained fruit offers a nice wine, not a typical over blown Napa cab, though perhaps a lot of wood, with nice acidity and is good with food. $27
